Poor flavor not like before I used to add it to coffee every day but now I will stop

Have bought this a long time, but no more. It has gotten more watery, less taste, ans new bottles have a thick thick glob mass and not liquefied! Huge thick slimy mess in bottle, weighs a lot.does. Does not mix, thick like glue. Threw it out.

After better than 10 years with this product, and reading your comments about Carageenan, I don't understand why thus hasn't been addressed! At the same time, I bought a bottle that had EXACTLY the same stamp BUT ended with 23:06! This bottle is fine! My Dad prossessed Irish Sea Moss to create Carageenan for better than 20 years. It is a thickener and keeps solids and liquids mixed. Each batch was tested to be sure it was correct by timing how fast it ran through a funnel when mixed into chocolate milk! If it had produced the result any people are telling you about, it would not have been sold! I would love to know if your Carageenan is being sourced with the same quality assurance as was practiced 40 years ago. With the way manufacturers are trying to cut costs to make a better profit, I had expected companies like yours would have responded and recalled bottles with this problem. Apparently you are taking shortcuts with your quality assurance and testing your ingredients properly, so can I trust you to test so you don't sell these to customers who previously trusted your standards! I will be returning this bottle to my local Hannaford store for a refund. I will only purchase a product that "sounds right" when shaken. If I find any more slime on your bottles I will be advising my store to not sell this cheap version of a previously good quality product. I am so disappointed to have to write this, but I suppose in this economic downturn, all customers need to stop trusting and find another option. Perhaps a hazelnut syrup and milk, cream or whatever for our coffee! It would most likely be more economical anyway. You should know, bad news travels much faster than good news! Selling product at the same price when you switch to cheaper ingredients doesn't say much for your interest in Customer Satisfaction ratings! Shame on your providing such a disgusting product!

I am amazed at this product lately, it's horrible. I feel the company makes a bad batch an instead of tossing it out and making another they send it out hoping we don't notice, I used to love having my coffee with my hazelnut creamer. I can't believe this creamer is tasting worst that spoil milk....I learning to make my own creamer...I am truly disappointed and hope they re-evaluate what they are doing to their loyal customers.

Been buying this for years and it tastes totally different. Brand new bottles that I’ve bought and it taste so gross! What is going on!? I see other people are having the same complaints recently….

I have drank the hazelnut cream for years, and about the past 5 times I have bought it, it has tasted different and I do not like it at all anymore. Was there a recipe change? I'm to the point I'm going to start looking at different brands now because I'm not enjoying my coffee any longer.

We’ve been purchasing ID Hazelnut in the 64 oz container for years. Now, we cannot find it. We can only find 32oz. I see on the website you’re offering only up to 48 oz. Will you be bringing back the 64 oz? It’s less expensive/serving purchasing in the larger size.

I don't know what is going on with this brand but the Hazelnut flavor, when poured, is super thick. Kind of a thick snot or blended curdled milk but without the bad smell. I can't bring myself to consume a product that is so drastically different from that of the last few years. What is going on? Now I've got to find a different, better brand.

I would like to state that I too come across the creamer that are commented previously as "However, lately I seem to be coming across more bottles that are slimy. Yes, the creamer itself seems to slide out of the bottle in a slimy mucus state that lands in my coffee cup and immediately sinks to the bottom. It has like a yolk consistency. Not entirely sure why I keep finding creamer in this state, but brand new creamer from the store should not be like this." Love it! Always have at least three bottles in my fridge, I’ve been using for 15 years

I've used this creamer for years - the price has recently skyrocketed. Apparently the person who wrote a review 4 years ago, saying they loved this so much they'd pay 3 times the price for it - got there wish - because it's now 3 times as expensive as it was 4 years ago.

I recently developed lactose intolerance and miss using regular creamers. This adds a delicious touch of flavor, not too sweet and I can’t tell the difference from regular creamers, its that good.

This is my go to daily creamer. I can't even estimate how many I've purchased. Sadly, it's going to be time for a change as the last two bottles have been off. Not in an expired way- but just in a more watered down flavor which is just not good. I hoped it was just the one bottle, but now that it's been multiple I'm turned off to it.

Flavor changed. Taste terrible now. :(

The taste is off…. Tastes like chemicals. I couldn’t finish my coffee. Dumped the container out. Yuck.

Flavot has just recently changed..its awful, nothing delightful about it. Tastes nothing like the wonderful original.

I have been purchasing this product for years. Last month it was out of stock everywhere this month. It’s back on the shelves, but has the taste is off… and the consistency is thicker. It’s a shame because I loved this product. Why did the recipe change?

The Hazelnut flavor doesn't taste like Hazelnut at all.
