Works very well. Only complaint can't get roller brushes. Contacted Intek 3 weeks ago, stated 2 week BO. Still not available. Hope this is not the norm. I own multiple Intek products that will eventually need support. Will upgrade review when parts are available.

I got it figured out this season #2 season and I really like the results. But trying to find replacement brushes is impossible. And they will need to be replaced after many many hours of do it job. Other then that issue I give it a thumbs up👍🏽

I bought this cleaner to replace my broken remote cleaner for my 16x32x52 intex pool works great on 2/3 of the pool will not clean the other 1/3 because the hose will not stretch out and let the cleaner get to the end of the pool. needs a longer hose to work on a 16x32x52 pool !!! As per the video on Intex web sit it is supposed to clean a 16x32x52 pool (dissatisfied)

Went looking for a pool cleaner, found this on sale at Target, bought it, built it and had it in the pool in less than two days. It has saved me countless hours does a great job and extremely versatile from the units I've used in the past. As I have an Intex pool all the parts simply fit and has been easy to clean and use. I hope my 5 star stays that way.

We got the machine and have used it four times now. Like everyone in these reviews mentions the front and rear brushes wear down. That said the brush wear matches the curve of of the pool as it climbs the side wall vertically. There is still good bruch contact when crossing the flat bottom. We'll see how long they hold up. Ya gotta let the machine do it's thing for at least a couple hours each use to get the full effect but it works pretty darn good. Worth the money for sure in my opinion. I'd buy it again.

Bought this last season (2023) and other than constantly getting stuck because our pool floor isn't perfectly level it worked as it should but this year when I pulled it out it won't pick up anything other than very small debris like sand and just goes a litte and stops, it just acts confused. It will no longer climb the walls and is very very slow. On inspection it seems the water is leaking out of the side of the motor drive so it's not getting the water pressure it needs to function. Wished this thing had better tires for going over uneven ground and that it had lasted longer than one season.

However, it scrubbed debris and was able to pick up most of it without causing the pool water to be come cloudy or dirty. Would love it for a deeper in ground pool

Because it is the off season here, our above ground pool is put away for the winter, and I can't say how well this vacuum works. I have however, gone over the unit, checked all the pieces, and reviewed the manual to get a better understanding of cleaner. I have to say that this unit has so many wonderful benefits and ease of operation may be the best one of them all. You can sit back and relax while your robotic vacuum does all the work! I definitely will recommend this product to other above ground pool owners in my area.

I will rate the product based on my honest opinion !!! 🩷 This is a great vacuum ! It does a great job at cleaning the bottom of the pool and definitely picks up debris. The unit is very easy to install and has good pickup power especially for fine debris. It works amazingly well. I was really surprised by the fact that it will climb the pool walls. The only thing I wish is that the brushes were a little stronger so it cleaned the side walls as it climbs. 🩷It was easy to set up and easy to clean it off.

I live in Minnesota, so our pool vacuum does not get used Very Much over a year since we closed it down for winter, and it has broke already. I contacted customer support, and they want me to buy a cleaner top. The Vacuum has a 1-year warranty. I missed it by 5 days when I contacted them. Do not buy Did Not Last 1 Yeah Of Light Use.

Great product. The best way to use it is to let it do its thing for at least 2 hours. I have a 18'x52" pool and it had it totally clean in that 2 hours. The only down side, as mentioned in another review, the rotating brushes on both ends wear out very fast. I only have about 6 hours of usage and they are about 35% gone.
