Easy to set up. Better quality than expected. Fits 2 comfortable. 4 people would be leg spaghetti. Takes a bit to heat up but maintains heat well. Bubbles feel wonderful. Definitely exceeded my expectations!!

The clear instructions and included inflation pump made setting up the hot tub a breeze. Within no time, the hot tub was inflated, and the Greywood exterior gave it a stylish and sophisticated look that blended seamlessly with my outdoor space. One of the standout features of this hot tub is the Bubble Jet Spa technology. The soothing bubbles create a gentle massage-like sensation. I absolutely love the bubble jet it is not only relaxing but with my muscle pain it helps rid my aches! The control panel is user-friendly, allowing me to adjust the temperature and bubble intensity to my preference. The water heats up relatively quickly and maintains a consistent temperature throughout my relaxation sessions. Helps the pain in my back and my husband loves this because of his back also love the Led lights and that i can controll the temp my daughter loves to get in and relax her feet its out family night to set and relax and look at the starts.

After owning this hot tub for just over 3 months, the insulated cover (which never aligned with the straps meant to hold it in place) somehow filled with rain water. We believe it absorbed the water that rested on top occasionally. I contacted Intex about replacing it, and they said it was only covered for 3 months, and it would cost $80 for a new cover. I wish I had never bought this one and had gone with a different brand.

The tub itself is ok. Was an easy setup because we’ve had an Intex Spa before. However, the lid quality is not good. It blew out a gigantic hole as we were airing it up (see photo). Intex customer support was not helpful. They offered to send a new cover, but only after we cut the existing one apart and sent them proof. It’s at least providing some coverage now, which we needed since we had already filled the tub with water. Cutting it apart is not a convenient solution. Intex’s warranty process makes me leary for issues we may encounter outside of the return period, so we are leaning towards returning this and looking for a different spa. Additionally, it looks like this cover wasn’t made for the tub. We’ve had an Intex spa before, and we liked the way the lid buckled to the tub body. It provides a barrier that’s difficult to remove by children, and keeps our kids out of it when they aren’t supervised. You can see the female parts of those buckles in the listing photos (I’ve also attached a picture here), however there is no picture of the lid on the listing photos. I will go ahead and let you know that there are no male buckle parts on the cover, which means there is no way to lock the lid on. I’m so confused as to why there are buckle parts on the tub body but none on the lid. It makes no sense at all.

The light literally exploded while the bubbles were on after less than one month of use. We had to drain the whole thing and scrub it out, and now do not have a working light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is top of the line. I have always seen these and thought it wouldn’t be worth it, and boy was I wrong. Setup is pretty easy, the box is fairly heavy, and having a second person to help is nice when placing the tub, but it’s all simple. The spa module is used to pump the tub up. This goes fairly quick and the tub becomes a very rigid structure. From there you just hook up the tubes on the tub which match up with the back of the pump, hand tighten all, and fill it up. The instructions are pictorial, but really you can't mess this up, its the only way to connect it. The Hot Tub comes with a set of head rests, light, an insulated top, wireless controller, a chemical floater, testing strips, and full sided cover. All of these additions let’s you know its more quality than just a blow up pool and has most of what you need. You do have to provide your own spa chemicals if you want to maintain it. (ie chlorine tabs, and pH adjusters) Once the spa is full you can just turn it on. Unlock the control panel by holding the lock button, then hit power button, select the flame icon, and it starts running. You can adjust the temperature with the arrows and its that easy to just get started. There are more options do go through, but I would suggest downloading and connecting through the app for those controls. The pump is super quiet. When running the bubbles its does get louder but it doesn’t drown out conversations, and sounds like a typical spa air pump. Really the best thing is you can also control from app on your phone from anywhere. I would be at work and start up the heater so it would be ready by the time I got home. That feature really rounds out this being a pretty high end product. The only Con is that is does take awhile to fully heat up, like 24hrs to get to 104. Once in the upper range it can maintain or be changed a few degrees up and down and accomplish quicker. I think that is the price you pay for it being more efficient.

I’m lucky, I already had a leveled pad but if you don’t, take the time to. Having a level surface so you don’t have low spots for the water is important. It’s big enough for 2 big guys or easily 4 “normal” sized people. But I have not found it to be uncomfortable with people in it.

The jets work far better than I ever would have anticipated. The time it took to heat to 104 degrees (which was my preferred temp) took a probably a little less time for me, since the water temperature in Texas is already higher than other places. So that was a plus. I love that the control panel can be removed and attached to the Spa for functionality. The LED display is great. I also love that it comes with a cover. That is a definite plus. There are so many great features almost too many to list. I have been using this Spa daily and it has really helped me relax in the evenings. Like I said the jets on this Model are no joke!! I definitely recommend this Intex Purespa Deluxe Greywood Set if you are considering a purchase.

I was worried at first about how easy it would be to set up this spa straight out of the box but with the helpful directions, it was quick and easy. The touch display is easy to read and use. I was surprised to see the built-in LED lights and headrests. I can't wait to come home from work and relax my tired muscles. Heating up is fast and easy and this spa is truly relaxing.

The setup was super easy, even for a novice like myself. The spa is the perfect size for my husband and me but has enough room for two more people. I especially like the two headrests. Nice support and comfy to lay your head back on. After a long day, it was just what I needed to relax. The jets are powerful and the LED lights were the perfect touch to the ambiance.
