This has been a great additon to our vacation house. The set up was easy. The spa has strong but not hurtful jets. It gets up to the perfect temperature for us after a day on the lake

My husband has always been against getting a pool or hot tub because of the work needed to keep up with one. Guess who loves our new spa. This comes with everything that you need. I definitely recommend having at least 2 people to set it up, it makes it much easier. Very sturdy and made well. Comes with a cover to keep debris out. I can agree that it fits 4 people but I'd rather just relax alone or with my spouse. Heats up fairly quick and the jets are powerful. We've enjoyed this in the summer evenings. I can't wait to see how it is in the winter months living in ohio.

The hot tub is made of strong material and I feel confident it will withstand the weather. The pump is easy to use and not super loud. The water does take some time to heat up, but we love it for summer evenings!

I've used similar hot tubs in the past and the bubble jets in this are such a unique and more pleasant experience. They surround the entire tub and provide that relief no matter where you sit in the tub. It is a perfect width and is comfortable to lounge in. The control box is such a great size and is so compact with the inflator built right in so that I don't have to worry about overfilling it. The cover really secured it and the netting surrounding it helps keep its form. I have been using this thing daily and can't say enough good things about it.

Simple spa is a great alternative for you to get that bubble spa in your back yard for cheaper and more convenient.

We decided to setup indoors since we live in area that does get below freezing at times and we want to keep this setup all year round. It comes with instructions on how to use inside. It fits up to four people. The control unit is easy to use to adjust the temperature, it has touch buttons and it also has a cup holder or you can use it as a phone holder! It comes with a nice little floating chemical dispenser and 2 filters which are easy to use and replace. The 100 bubble jets are simply amazing and feel wonderful! I never knew it could be affordable to have a spa and now I do and I don't think I could live without it anymore!! It's perfect and I would highly recommend to everyone!

The quality of this hot tub is amazing especially for the price. It works amazing, but it was a little hard to set up as the directions seem to miss a few key things. I watched a couple unboxings on YouTube though and figured it out.

This inflatable “hot tub” was an exact replacement for one we had last year. After cleaning, drying, deflating & storing it, we set it up this year. It began leaking air after about 3 weeks & we couldn’t find the source of the leak. We took a chance on buying another one this year from Target bc even though all the major vendors listed it for $499, we could use our Target card & get 5% off. This was significantly higher than last year, but so is almost anything these days after Covid. If it doesn’t last at least 2 seasons, we may look to purchase a different model.

I bought this in January 2020 and it worked like a charm and would heat up to 104 in 40 degree weather. I put it back up this month (November 2020) and it will not get up to 104 in 60 degree weather. I called Coleman who then referred me to Best Way. Best Way said that while it IS STILL UNDER THE WARRANTY PERIOD they WON’T cover the unit because it will heat up to 100 degrees. So in other words to get a faulty heater replaced you have to tell them that the tub will not get above 99°. I bought this hot tub for medical reasons (I have scoliosis as well as arthritis) and now this hot tub is worthless to me. If you want a hot tub that works, then don’t buy the Coleman Best Way Saluspa. If you want a hot tub that’s like sitting in a lukewarm bath tub and this is your hot tub.

don't buy...had 4 months and is already throwing error codes and quits running..wish I had just bought a regular hot tub..oh well hope's this helps..also customer service is sent to foreign country...good luck with that too
