A: "For a better experience, please use the included adapters and avoiding thick protecting case (case thickness <5mm).". Otterbox cases are normally on the thicker side so there might be some issues. We do not recommend this unit for you.

A: No, iPhone 7 does not have Qi Wireless Charging integrated. The phone came out before the technology became popular. I believe there is workaround if you purchase an Wireless Charging Adapter separately.

I’ve been trying to use this for 3 or 4 days. So far it has NOT charged my iPhone. It makes a sound like it’s charging when I place it on the stand but I wake up every morning to a dead battery. It charged my Apple Watch part way. And I have not tried the air pod charger yet. I’ve never used such an unreliable charger. It’s a disappointment. Maybe I will try it one more time without the phone case on before I return it- but that’s annoying! Why is this so terrible? Also I didn’t know you could turn off the light. Sometimes mine is on, sometimes it’s off, and sometimes it idea randomly changes from green to blue very brightly. It’s kind of freaking me out. It’s too bad. It was exactly what I was shopping for, but it’s not very good.

Don’t listen to the review about the light being too bright, there’s a simple way to turn the light off. There’s is a place on the pad to touch that turns it off, which is clearly displayed. Also, I’m not sure what the previous reviewer meant by it not being a MagSafe charger but it is wireless for the phone and the watch. The only negative I saw is the AirPods charger is a plug instead of it being wireless. Overall I think it’s pretty good and I plan on buying another one as a gift.

I like it because I can charge everything at the same time and only use one outlet. The lights can be turned on or off by touching the icon in front of the airpod charger.

Works okay as a a charger. Not a MagSafe charger, even though it shows in the search results. My fault for not reading closely. The worst part is the light. It is so bright! It lights up my whole bedroom at night. Going to ha e to cover with electrical tape so I can charge my phone while sleeping. Can’t return because my puppy ate the box.
