IRIS USA Stackable Modular Plastic Storage Drawers

I dislikes the fact that the item arrived damaged and the company (IRIS) stated the item was damaged enough for a refund. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS 3RD PARTY COMPANY AT ALL. YOU WILL NOT BE SATISFIED OR ACCOMMODATED IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED.

All items came in broken, one of them did not even open, because the drawer was shoved from the wrong side of the bin. I contacted customer servise to try to get a discount for the itmes, since I could still use them, but thought it wasn't fare to pay full price for them, and the custopmer service rep told me the only option is to return for full refund. Said this is their policy and there is nothing they can do about it. It would cost me more time and effort to return the itmes, and why would I, since I can still use them??? Never buying anything from Target online again!

I took a star away because they were a little damaged but still usable. They're perfect for what I needed them for.

Arrive broken! Ordered two set (4 drawers) only one drawer is intact.

Drawer arrived broken and there was no option for them to send a replacement.

The item I received was damaged (the plastic drawers had breaks in them with pieces missing all together, so it must have been damaged before it was packed) and the drawers do not close easily and get miss-aligned from the frame. The only positive thing is the size is what I expected and since I’m using it for long term storage that I do not open every day it works okay but I do not recommend this product. Also, I ordered the black and received the white. Anon

Exactly what I was expecting. I stacked them two high and it’s sturdy enough to pull the bottom drawer, still. It’s been about 2 months since date of purchase. Hope this helps!

Mediocre quality. Not super sturdy

I bought these before and they were almost perfect. The only problem is the defects and discolorations on most of them when receiving through the mail, so I put them in closets.
