I have a problem with my one knee and opposite shoulder that causes constant discomfort. I use the Irwin balm usually at nite and it does give some relief. I am a person who does not like to use pain meds or other meds for that matter so I am very careful to do the minimum. I have used it occasionally in the morning before I do farm chores again with some relief. This product has a higher amount of CBD and I chose it thinking I could use a small amount.

56yo after going thru back surgery and still experiencing sharpe pains low back and hip groin area. This balm gives me about 6hrs relief in the areas. It works great on my elbows and knees. A little goes a long way... 4star is because I've never tried anything else to compare it to

I have found that it does help my aches. I broke my arm and tore my rotator cuff recently and I have been using this and I have gotten relief.

This product does seem to alleviate osteoarthritis pain in my knees. It is easy to apply, but it does not "soak in" as well as some other products that I have used. This one is far more economical than those, however, so I feel it is a good value. I would buy it again.

Do not like at all: way too greasy and stinks. While it may have some benefit from the CBD, it's useless since I can't stand to have it on me.
