Love these! I know the bottle says 3/day, but I wasn’t feeling well with 3. I take 2 and no more issues. I was having stomach aches. It helps me stay calm & more tolerable of certain people & situations. I am a busy mom of 2 and have demands on me everyday, it can become very overwhelming. I am also detoxing from birth control. I love this product! I noticed a difference on day 2. It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day. I only took one a day and felt more upbeat and patient right away. I have also taken ashwagandha and, although I like ashwagandha, I think Sunny Mood works better for me. The only negative is that it is a bit pricey.

For me, very mild effect and not long lasting. I can see why it says to take 3 a day or on an as needed basis. I would still consider it useful but wasn't life changing or anything. They are beastly pills but extra points for not upsetting my stomach like most do, even when I didn't have much to eat. May work completely different for someone else.

Great packaging first of all. The pills are ginormous but went down surprisingly smooth! Unfortunately, I didn’t notice much of a difference after taking these for 5 days. I bought them to relieve some acute depression and stress after hearing not so good news. I had high hopes, but ended up returning them. May try another brand.

I really hated to see the end of these pills. They really work. My 31 year old daughter that is under a lot of stress, took just one serving (3) pills. She told me the next day that these really work! They do make a difference. You just feel better in general. My only suggestion is that Swanson would make them more reasonable in price. Otherwise, they are great!
