Isabella Tufted Transitional Futon - Room & Joy

I bought this for my college-age son. I wanted to use his bedroom as an office when he's away at school. I also wanted a sofa bed for him to sleep on that was bigger than a twin and closer to a full/queen size. This was easy to put together. However, it is SO incredibly heavy that I had to open the box in my driveway where it was delivered and carry the pieces up one by one into my house with my son. I wish the armrests of this couch could be folded down. Once it's opened up as a bed, it's just a couple of inches bigger than a twin. The head and feet of the person sleeping touches the armrests so it's not ideal. This is perfect for sleepovers for kids but not for an adult to sleep on. I wish I could return it but I've already put it together and I don't know how I can go about sending it back. I will never buy large furniture online again.

I bought these for my business. The navy is much more vibrant than what is shown online, but it worked out fine. Putting them together was easy if you're someone who puts together flatpack furniture often or well. On a scale of 1-10, if an IKEA Billy bookcase is like an 8, this is about a 5. I understand how folks who don't do this often might be frustrated. It is very helpful to have a second person at the very beginning and very end because the piece is hinged in the middle and is difficult to maneuver. Overall, I was really happy with the quality of the build. It doesn't seem flimsy to me. The couch is plenty comfortable, though I don't think it is the most comfy thing I've ever snuggled up in. It would be fine for a lobby, or a formal sitting room, or an office. I don't think I'd want to use it to bingewatch Netflix on a Saturday. But, it may break in. I've attached plenty of photos for reference if you're looking for a blue couch.

Really amazing quality for the price. Packaged very nicely and instructions included photos AND descriptions - super easy to assemble by myself. The seat cushions are VERY firm so it’s not great for long term lounging, but if you add a mattress topper it’s pretty comfortable for sleeping. The dark blue velvet color is true to the photos, very pretty.

Honestly, not sure why there are so many bad reviews! I’m glad I went out in a limb and got this. Not too difficult to put together and it’s perfect for my office. Got it on sale for a great price. It’s not the softest fluffiest couch but it works fine for me!

I bought this couch in October last year because I needed a couch quickly and this one's price was right but I definitely regret this purchase. It already has a dent in the middle, you can feel the bars in it when you sit on it, its super uncomfortable as a bed, barely has cushioning and then on top of all that, there's nothing you can even do to fix it because none of the cushions are removable to put any extra stuffing inside. I'm getting rid of it and buying a used couch from facebook marketplace instead. I suggest you do the same :(

I was tempted by the color and design of this sofa and took a chance getting it for my apartment about a year ago. It was such a huge mistake, I wish I had listened to the other reviews that mentioned how firm it is. It's a truly awful, uncomfortable, stiff, awkward sofa and I absolutely hate it. I'm even having a hard time selling it secondhand because of how firm it is. It hasn't softened up at all over the last year. The depth of the seats doesn't allow for you to cuddle up on it, and even if you could the back and arms are so stiff (even with pillows) it's impossible to get comfortable. I have gone numb sitting on it for too long. Unless you plan on putting it in a room where it will be seen and not used, avoid at all costs.

This sofa is far from white and the picture of the white sofa is very deceiving. The sofa isn't even off-white, it is definitely Ivory. I am now stuck with a sofa that doesn't match my decor due to the difficulty in returning it.

The diagrams have you install and tighten pieces over a zipper that in a future step you have to open. Uncomfortable and cheap feeling.

I had this couch for a little over a year and it broke!!! I have no idea how. I was sitting on it, watching TV and all of a sudden I hear a crack and it just gave in. It was dramatic, but here we are lol.

Went together easily and I was able to assemble it by myself. The futon is comfy to sit on, but I don’t trust that it’s going to last forever.

Ordered this couch in the green color - I could not be more pleased with this purchase!! It was quite heavy and requires two people to assemble, but it's worth it. It is a bit firm to begin with, but it has become more comfortable even in the week and a half I've been enjoying it. LOVE this couch!!

Reasonably easy to assemble, great combination of form & function. Looks great in my craft room & my cats love it.

We purchased this to go in our formal dining room turned home office and love it! It was a little tricky to put together and definitely required two people to assemble. We purchased the blue color and it's a gorgeous deep blue and the fabric is so soft. It definitely needs to be broken in and was pretty stiff but seems like it will wear really well.

Assembly - Not too difficult to put together! I did it alone, just needed help moving the box into my apartment. Color - more Royal Blue than Navy Design - cute! Comfort - as expected for price point Value - on point

Love this couch! It fits perfect in my bedroom and my toddler uses it as his nightly sleeper :) the color is beautiful!

Purchased this item for a sitting room. It’s not super comfy, but for the price, it works! Easy to put together, and looks great! I was concerned about the beige being a little too yellow, but it is the perfect color. Super sort too.
