Q: how can I update the time?
A: Hi Barbara! To update the time, you will need to sync back up with the iTOUCH Wearables App. This should be as simple as opening the app and letting your watch connect. However, if there are difficulties after trying this, there are still solutions. Q: I am constantly having to pair my watch to my iPhone. The only way I've been able to do that is with QR code. I've used QR code so many times it's getting blurred & no longer works.
A: Hi Kathy R, thanks for reaching out about iTouch Active Smartwatch You can connect an iTouch Active Smartwatch to an Android or iPhone without a QR code using the iTouch Wearables app. Here's how: Download and install the iTouch Wearables app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Open the app and create an account or log in to an existing one. Tap the watch icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. Tap the watch icon in the center of the screen to access your device's camera. On the Pair Your Device screen, tap the watch icon to access your device's camera. If your device hasn't been paired before, it will display a QR code to scan with your mobile device. If your device has already been paired, your device should appear on a list of available devices. Download the "iTOUCH Wearables" app from the app store using the provided link (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/itouch-wearables/id1537946628). 5. Locate the QR code on the watch and ensure it is clear and not blurry; if the screen is blurry, it may be damaged and require replacement. 6. Open the app, grant the necessary "Location" and "Bluetooth" permissions, and tap the "Watch Icon" in the bottom right of the screen. 7. Wait for the watch to be detected and scanned by the app.
