Smells nice and fresh, and as someone who is sensitive to smells, I like that it’s not a crazy overpowering scent. I will say it smells more like artificial limoncello than a fresh citrusy scent but I think it smells great. I like that it’s on the gentler side doesn’t dry my hands out super badly like other foaming hand soaps but I do think it is still slightly drying if you’re using it often (which I do because I work from home). Wouldn’t recommend if you have naturally dry skin

Love the smell, something about lemon soap fits so great in kitchens to me. Foaming soap is the way to go and this bottle looks nice on the counter. My only beef is that the mouth/nozzle has to be sideways for it to work - straight on locks it - I find that very annoying about most soap dispensers. Will still rebuy this (or I think there’s a refill available?)

Absolutely horrible. Not only does it smell really bad and chemically, but it burned my hands. It was so bad that I actually had to double check to make sure it wasn’t a bathroom cleaner instead of a hand soap. It also doesn’t foam up well so my hands didn’t actually feel clean. I will be returning this.

Will not buy again. It stained my towels.

Smells god awful but gets the job done.

Why did you stop carrying the ocean breeze scent? This one smells like dust cleaner and the lavender like an overwhelming perfume shop. Bring back the one good scent!

Horrible chemical smell.

The smell of this foaming hand soap is absolutely horrible. It smells like some sort of lemon chemical cleaner. I have never experienced another soap that is this bad.

We really love the JR Watkins lines of hand soap and have been using the regular gel lemon soap for a long time. I feel like the foaming soap smells like lemon windex or toilet cleaner; it smells really appalling. I like the way the soap works; the foam is great and it doesn't dry out my hands as badly as other soaps, but the smell is NOT GOOD.

Foams nicely pleasant scent

I discovered this soap when the pandemic started and couldn't get my usual brand and now won't ever go back! This soap smells so good but not overpowering like many others, and does not dry out your hands. I highly recommend!

While this soap does its intended job, it is not by any means luxurious. The lemon scent is more harsh than it is fresh. The lather is rather thin, making it feel as though you need more than you do, and it leaves your hands feeling a bit dry.

My favorite hand soap. Been using this hand soap for a few years now, it’s my favorite. It smells so nice, cleans great, stays foamy and doesn’t dry your hands out!

It didn’t seem like my hands felt any cleaner after using it and the scent is more like lemon candy rather than real fresh lemon. Not for me.
