A: I don't own this one, nor can talk about the quality of the material, handling of the wheels, etc... However, per the dimensions given, it would fit under a US airline seat if it is not overly stuffed. I have a different brand backpack that fits perfectly under airplane seats. It is 12x16x5. Hope this helps.
