The zip of the bag is broken ,and the bag is not able to use for the kids school when i call the Customer Service people said it is outside of the return window so they cannot able to do anything. It’s wasting go buying this and no worth the smount i paid.

I would say it is a decent backpack - what was sent to me is not as pictured/described. The tag says it fits 16” not 17” and the design is different. The backpack itself is 17” inches as a whole. Either way, still was an all black backpack that fits my laptop so it’ll work but just in case anyone else wanted to know.

It’s cute!! holds a lot, but it didn’t last the school year, if you’re gonna used the hook loop, didn’t last. So I wouldn’t use it for grades where they carry a lot in their bags, and use a hook. It might have a warranty but I didn’t keep the tag.
