I ordered two bags to be shipped with other items I had ordered. I eat beef jerky a lot because I eat low carb. The first bag was great! The second bag was covered in mold. the expiration date isn't until 8/23 so the packaging must've have been damaged although I inspected it and didn't see any visible punctures or slits in the bag. I ordered a replacement bag and I hope it's good!

I feel like jerky has gotten more tender over the years. It used to be like chewing rubber. Glad that jerky is more tender now!

My whole family loves this jerky, even the dog. It has been a great incentive treat for kids, pets, and even me, when it comes to my diet. If I don’t eat something full of fat and carbs, I reward myself with this lean protein snack! It is always tender and delicious. I have bad teeth and I have no problem chewing this jerky.

I love beef jerky. It is such a healthy treat that you can take with you to eat anywhere. The only thing is it does contain a lot of salt and sugar. It arrived fresh and was soft and chewy. I'll look for one with less sugar in it next time. Great for a low carb snack or for people that don't watch their carbs much.

Family is huge Jerky fans. We prefer higher quality jerky, but ended up ordering this for delivery during the self isolation. I am not sure if this was a bad batch, but I have never had SO many tough pieces that we could not chew and they ended up being spit out. Awful! The worse part is that we bought a 2nd bag (different variety) that was just as tough. $20+ on chewed & spit out jerky. I think we are done with Jack Links and will only buy the better quality jerky moving forward.

The first problem, I ordered a 10oz package which was confirmed through email. An 8oz package was sent and the invoice said 9oz. This is already an overpriced product so shorting the bag 20 percent is a lot. The second problem, This package had tough, grizzled jerky that after chewing had to be spit out. Unfortunately I ordered a mega bag for myself and had a mega bag shipped to someone as a gift. I hope they got a better batch, how embarrassing. I had Jack Link's jerky before when someone serve it at a party, Theirs wasn't grizzly and may have been the tender cuts variety.
