It consists of heat-set colors that are non-toxic, permanent, fade-resistant, machine-washable, and dry-cleanable. Pack includes 5 plastic droppers, 6 resist applicator bottles with #7 tips, twenty-four 5/8 inch bamboo brushes, thirty 2.25 oz bottles of Dye-Na-Flow, 10 oz jar of puff crystal silk salt, and 8 oz bottle of water-based resist.

Includes all the colors for a great price, and includes so many extras that it's a great deal for your money! I would recommend investing in some better brushes, as the ones included are very cheap, but they're great for one-off projects.
