Q: how do you open the pouf to refill it? it didn't hold shape and decreases to half is size within months. i can't even see the zipper, it's hidden by addicting stitching.

Q: Hello, what are the actual dimensions of this pouf? There are 2 different sets of dimensions listed in the description (13" (H) x 19" (W) x 19" (D) and also 15" (H), and a third set of dimensions in the 3D view (14.8" (H) 16" (W) x 16" (D)? Thanks!

After owning this poof for two years, it does not hold up well under minimal use. The threads holding the rope together have come loose, it’s lost most of its shape and we use it mostly as a foot rest. It’s not worth this price.

These things have zero structure. They lost shape after one use. I’ve tried fluffing them up and honestly that does nothing. They’ve been used MAYBE a total of five times and look like trash. I’ve been suuuuper disappointed in the quality of a lot of my target purchases lately but this was next level

Pretty at first. Doesn't retain shape after a little while. Bought two and they look horrible. A waste of money. Has a zipper, but doesn't open so i can try to re-fill. Very disappointing.

5/5 for looks, but doesn’t last if you plan to actually use them (goes flat and misshapen quickly.) Has a cover that zips, but filled with a million tiny white foam balls, so if something is spilled on it, expect to toss in the trash.

I loved the look of this, but after a couple months, it’s falling apart. The seams are spreading, and it didn’t hold its shape at all. We have it in the nursery so it doesn’t get a ton of use. It looks awful now. So disappointed.

I purchased two of these and neither looked remotely close to the picture. The sizing was completely off and the tan looked kind of brown on one and on the other the ivory looked almost tan. They also were completely different sizes although they were the same product.
