Q: how do you open the pouf to refill it? it didn't hold shape and decreases to half is size within months. i can't even see the zipper, it's hidden by addicting stitching.

Q: Hello, what are the actual dimensions of this pouf? There are 2 different sets of dimensions listed in the description (13" (H) x 19" (W) x 19" (D) and also 15" (H), and a third set of dimensions in the 3D view (14.8" (H) 16" (W) x 16" (D)? Thanks!

After owning this poof for two years, it does not hold up well under minimal use. The threads holding the rope together have come loose, it’s lost most of its shape and we use it mostly as a foot rest. It’s not worth this price.

I loved the look of this, but after a couple months, it’s falling apart. The seams are spreading, and it didn’t hold its shape at all. We have it in the nursery so it doesn’t get a ton of use. It looks awful now. So disappointed.

I purchased two of these and neither looked remotely close to the picture. The sizing was completely off and the tan looked kind of brown on one and on the other the ivory looked almost tan. They also were completely different sizes although they were the same product.

Looks super cute, great to put your feet on or have as an extra seat. We used as an ottoman in our nursery. - UNTIL the thing completely "deflated" after just a couple months of use. If you use it now, you sink to the floor. Super disappointed in the quality of product, especially since we mainly just use it for our feet so it should definitely hold up!

I must admist I bought this not just so I could have a cute ottoman, but it would also serve as an attractive scratching post for my cats. They love it, scratch on it some, but it's not torn up enough to look bad. Also doesn't show dirt, etc due to color and texture. Also add nice texture to my simple modern decor in living room.

So cute…but HORRIBLE product! This is so cute, and comfortable. My room already had wicker decor, so this woven style was a perfect match! It’s so comfortable to sit on and rest your feet on. Sadly after maybe 2 weeks, started to sink in and became completely useless. I thought of refilling it but to get to the zipper, you have to cut the bottom. For the price point, it’s not worth it. I can’t believe this product is still being sold. It should be labeled as a temporary fixture because this thing won’t last anyone more than a few months. Side note-I even returned the 1st one I got to try another one in hopes I just got a bad one….nope, returned the 2nd as well.
