We needed a colored envelope to put special documents in when shipping our product. The manila envelopes were getting lost in the packing and customers would accidentally dispose of them. This would cause the customer to complain they didn't receive the information and we would have to resend it. We have been using the blue envelopes for several months now. We no longer receive complaints about missing documentation, as the customer can clearly see it in the box.
