Chesapeake Bay Candle Mind and Body Frosted Glass Serenity and Calm Lidded Jar Candle Blue

I purchased for its lavender fragrance but there isn’t any.

I used to love this candle bc the lavender scent was calming and not too fragrant. I recently bought one and the scent is different. It’s very fragrant and doesn’t smell like lavender.

Nothing more calming than lavender; thyme put an interesting twist on it

This used to be my favorite Lavender candle. It burned evenly and the smell filled up my whole house when i used a couple of them at different ends of the room. They have changed the candle because the last 3 I have tried have burned a tunnel through the middle of the candle and I can't smell the lavender at all when its burning. I won't be wasting my money on these anymore.

Love this candle, I have it in my bathroom calm and relaxing sent.

I gave this as a gift so I can’t say how it burned or how long it lasted but I wasn’t personally a fan of the scent. Something, maybe the lavender, was extremely overwhelming but not in a good way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fragrance is lovely, but the candle itself is disappointing - very poor burn quality, a steady burn over hours produces a tunnel down the center of the candle & lots of wasted wax. I'd like to use more soy candles but this one is not selling me at all :-(

Smells good & repels mosquitoes! That's what I use it for.

I don't know why I keep buying these candles hoping they will burn better and not "tunnel." I love Target but I have wasted money so many times on these and they always burn this way. At $14 a pop I shouldn't be constantly cutting the wax on the sides down because it hasn't melted and the wick is getting to the bottom. Not worth the money.

Used to my favorite candle besides Party Lite. Does not burn throughly anymore. Right down the middle and the wicks are not great.

I've been enjoying this brand of candles for a couple years now. The fragrances are usually light and pleasing and indeed, relaxing. I stepped outside for a moment and came back into my home about 20 min after lighting this and starting coughing and gagging. This one is SO POWERFUL and overwhelming I actually vomited. Holy wow. Try the Jasmine varieties if you want to make a calm aromatherpy atmosphere that doesn't choke you out and make you sick. I left the house for several hours to escape the smell, leaving windows open and fans on, and it still lingered for the entire night. You guys are usually so much better what happened!
