Promote bone and cardiovascular health with Jarrow Formulas' MK-7 softgels. MK-7 contains 180 mcg of vitamin K as K2 natural MK-7 or menaquinone-7 that may support bone and cardiovascular health. I’m not exactly sure if I know a difference, but I am hoping to improve bone and heart health with this product.
This is all you need- to keep your arteries from clogging and I good diet!

I think this product works well. Takes calcium from arteries and puts it back into your bones. Have no idea how this works, but its made a difference in my life.

I am trusting the name Jarrow although I have no way of verifying the purity of MK7. My rating is based on the brand and not necessarily the product
