Q: Does the 300 pound weight capacity include both internal (storage) and external (sit on) weight? In other words, if you store 200 lbs inside, does that mean that only someone weighing 100 lbs or less can sit on it?

Color is different than it appears online. Serves the functional purpose it was purchased for but it has elements of blue and green in it, so it does not match the room as well as I had hoped.

I absolutely love this bench! I had been looking for something that would hold our little man's toys while being functional. It looks great and offers extra seating if needed. I love that it has two separate compartments. The lid stays up nicely too so I don't need to worry as he is digging for toys. Came assembled.
