I've had these for about 4 years and started having problem at about year 3. The buttons jam sometimes and cannot be used. I also experienced a weird fuzzy/electrical sound in the left side (and got electrocuted once). When they worked, the sound quality was great, there was no sound bleeding, and noise canceling was great.

I brought this product over a year ago now and they are amazing, I take them everywhere you barely ever have to charge them and the sound quality is great. Such a great price for such good quality headphone!!

The sound quality is amazing and I really like them but they either don't connect on Bluetooth or they do but they come in and out the whole time, not just a couple of times, the whole time I'm using it. This makes me so frustrated that I just don't even use them anymore.

If you’re experiencing connectivity issues, we recommend connecting the headphones to a different source device to determine whether the issue lies with the headphones or the source device. If the problem persists, we recommend resetting the JBL Tune 520BT to factory default settings. To do this, turn the headphones on and press and hold both 'Volume +' and 'Volume -' for more than 5 seconds. The headphones will turn off and reboot to factory default settings. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in the Bluetooth settings on your phone or tablet in order to pair them again. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact our customer support.

Pretty color and lightweight with okay sound for the price point. The positives end there. Within the first 40 mins of minimal use (I bought them for a 2hr flight) one of the ear cushions came off and was difficult to put back on. Cheaply made, I recommend spending a little more to get a better set.

I really enjoy the sound quality, but using them at the gym has proved they are not built for that. They have broken twice. I super glued them the first time but they snapped at another location. I am a huge JBL fan though.

I liked the purple color is why I wanted to try and as I’ve had great experience with JBL speakers I thought audio would be as great. Audio is good not terrific not as loud as other headphones can be next I’ll get beats. And it doesn’t fit adult ears the circles are on the smaller side , got for going to gym so still a good investment beyond the minor tweaks

I really liked these headphones I thought the sound was ok and the fit was great for wearing all day but the 520 I bought multiple times within a few months of each other because the ear pieces on each side are so sensitive that even when gently folding which they are supposed to do brake and your left with a dangling ear piece and are no longer useful. The 510 lasted a lot longer, over a year but also broke in the same way.

While I like the sound reproduction, JBL headphones are poorly constructed. Some of the buttons fell off in the first 3 months, and the fabric over the speakers and the earphone padding started falling apart within a year. These are okay if you aren't going to use them often.

These headphones have me confused!!! They worked great for 2 years. Then completely stopped working, charging, etc. So like a normal person I put them away in the junk drawer for around 4 months. I just came back to them today they turned on no problem and were apparently fully charged still. I think just just needed to take a break.

The sound quality is good, I'm familiar with other JBL products so I didn't have any worry that the quality would be bad. But I absolutely hate how small the actual ear part is? And they don't stay on my head very well. I'm accustomed to headphones that fully cover my whole ear and it's a huge benefit as someone with multiple ear piercings, but these irritate my piercings a lot bc they only cover like half my ear.
