The earbuds can only be charged by putting them inside the charging case which can be plugged into a power outlet. Alternatively, you can check out our JBL Live Pro 2 TWS or JBL Live Free 2 TWS, as these models are Qi-compatible for wireless chargers.

Bluetooth goes into...let's call it whisper mode. I can't make phone calls with my JBLs. I can't get gestures to work either. Good news for JBL. Both of these problems usually require me to remove the ear buds, which makes it easier to lose, so JBL gets there money one way or another.

I have owned AirPods for the longest time. Recently my air pod pros stopped working and I decided to try something different. I honestly don’t know if I’ll ever buy AirPods again lol these headphones are amazing. The charge lasts longer, sound is just as good, and they don’t overheat when I wear them in the sauna. Legit shocked! If they last long who knows, but my $300 AirPods didn’t last long either…

These were great for the first 3 months or so, but they gradually got worse until they were all but unusable. They blast sound into the environment like speakers but they're barely audible when I actually put them in my ear and they don't charge consistently in the case, which also leads to them randomly connecting to my phone. on top of that, the ANC was always pretty bad and the controls are really frustrating to use

Thank you for your feedback. This is not the experience we want you to have with our JBL Tune Flex. With TWS earbuds, charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts, which can include sweat, grease, earwax, and more. These issues can often be resolved by cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and the charging case. Also, to achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Additional sealing tips in 3 sizes are exchangeable with the Sealing eartip mode in the JBL Headphones app, allowing you to create environmental sound sealing. In regards with the ANC, please follow these reset steps: take both earbuds out. Make sure that they are not connected to any Bluetooth. Press either the left or right earbud three (3) times then hold it on the third tap for 5 seconds. Once done, put back both earbuds inside the charging case for 10 seconds while the lid is closed, and connect them again to your device. For further assistance, feel free to contact our customer support directly.

I like that they have a mic built-in. I dislike how there is literally no bass or noise canceling to them. Yes I toyed with the settings via app. These are worth a whopping $10 and not the $106 I paid.

Bass is great, but you gotta shove em in your ear. And for my ears they don't stay fit comfortably. Working out they tend to pop out. Not worth the price tbh

Mediocre ANC i can hear the wind blowing... like my JBL vibe beams have better noise cancelation... they were like 14$ these were originally over 100$ i got them for 50$ yeah it's cool they are clear? Like I wanted a better seal in my ear... the quality of everything is good it's just the anc and ambient mode. Do better jbl... I would recommend them only for the sound quality and price range... the sound quality is amazing like always the app is amazing. I used it alot my vibe beams. just sad that I can hear a pen drop with a ANC. If you are looking for good noise canceling these ain't it...

I bought these after having the same JBL earbuds previously and enjoying them a ton (the right ear bud died after 2 ish years). The first day I use them, I try to register them with the JBL website and this kind doesn’t show up at all. They also doesn’t connect with the JBL app, so I can’t change anything like turning on noise cancelling/bass/whatever. I tried to use them for the first time and the right earbud doesn’t work - not a single sound comes out. The left earbud doesn’t sound as good as the previous pair I had despite it being the same kind of JBL earbuds. I’m sure this is a one off, but it’s annoying enough to me that I’ll return them and try a different brand.

Painful, dont charge

I got these because my AirPods left pod stopped charging but now on these my right ear pod won’t charge. Also very finicky commands I’m always accidentally calling someone or changing the noise cancellation level. Will say the headphones as a whole hold a charge for a long time and the sound is good

Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. After trying the tips and trying the fit without, I cannot find a configuration that is comfortable and stays in my ear. There is a limited amount of on ear controls. Most notably, the noise cancelling seems to do absolutely nothing. I love JBL speakers, but these headphones have left me completely underwhelmed.

Exactly as the title says. I bougth this Dec 14th of 2023 and as of 10/9/2024 one of them doesn't work. I understand these aren't super expensive but still...less than a year is bs.

The time has came to write a solid review for these earbuds. I went from airpods>pros>jbl flex mind you I loved my airpods but I thought maybe I would seperate from the cult and try something new. 1.) sound quality is okay. The bass is actually good if you mess with the eq on the app. 2.) sometimes automatic shut off doesn't work when taking ear buds out of my ear. And sometimes keep playing while in case. I've been lucky enough to hear a high pitched feedback sound that lets me know to resituate them in the case. 3.) they are uncomfortable in the ear. No matter what you do, I promise. 4.) These aren't for high activity 5.) In windy conditions, no one will hear you and you won't be able to hear your music. 6.) I've had them for six months and the battery is still the same and the case charges the headphones well and fast 7.) the controls on the headphones has done me well but not great. 8.) you can locate them 9.) subpar sound canceling
