We're here to help. Please try connecting your JBL Vibe 100TWS to other source devices and try doing a reset. To do this, tap the touch control in the Left or Right buds twice then hold it for 5 secs. Resetting the earbuds will require you to forget the name of the unit on your source device. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support service via our official website or toll-free hotline.

I ordered these because I expected better than average, at least, sound quality due to JBL reputation. This product has great functionality, but virtually NO BASS sound!. Wish I had not spent money on these below average sound quality ear buds.

I love the color and quality of the sound. However, I do not love that the distance I can go from my phone before it starts cutting out is only about 10 ft, there is no top on the container, and they cone out of the box unless it's sitting straight up and down, and the battery only lasts for 6 hours. I had a lot more hope in a JBL product. These were refurbished, but I think that means they resold something used.

I bought these a few weeks ago and are pretty happy with them. Wish they cancelled out all background sounds better and the right one keeps popping out. But all in all I'm happy with them. They are my 1st pair of ear buds I've ever purchased so I really don't have anything to compare them to.

I've had these for over a month now. I have very positive things to say about it. While the battery life is not as long lasting as I'd like it does just fine. Sound and bass are good. Don't have to crank up my value to max in order to enjoy the music. Lower volume but not reduced sound make these a good purchase.

Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Vibe 100 TWS earbuds have up to 5 hours of maximum playing time. This may vary depending on volume and music content. If the speaker doesn't meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to mid-volume levels, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If your charging case is not charging, confirm the electrical outlet is working the power strip (if used) is turned on and connections at both ends are fully inserted and secure. Also, you may try to try a different USB cable, try a different USB charger, rated at least 2 amps, try disconnecting the cable from your product and re-inserting it. Also, sand or dirt can get into the product’s charging port, check the port. Clean if needed with compressed air. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

I am unhappy with the purchase of my product JBL Vibe 100TWS because the bluetooth system is failing so I can connect only one headset and it connects the right to the left but not both, the fault I am having in the headphones is that the bluetooth system does not work correctly.
