To make sure your earbuds are connected to the source device, please try to manually pair the earbuds of our JBL Vibe 200 TWS to a source device by removing the earbuds from the case and tap and hold the touch control for 5 secs. or you may try to perform a factory reset by tapping the touch control twice and hold for 5 secs. First use of the headphones, first of all perfect fit is an absolute lie, I’ve tried all the covers provided, only the smallest lets me hear any bass at all and constantly fall out during working out. Every time you try and re-secure them it activates the touch controls so you music/siri is constantly being pause/activated. The kicker is once you break the seal you can’t return them, meaning you’re out of pocket just for trying them on. The sound is really pathetic, zero mids and only any bass with the volume all the way up. Cheap tat, honestly wish I’d bought the sports headphones in the same shop that were cheaper, at least they would be fit for purpose. Avoid at all costs

Mid sound quality, not good for video calls

Bought one year ago. One year later, they are consistently disconnecting and reconnecting while on video calls with a Windows laptop. Other buds work fine, so it is these. Tried to update the firmware, but JBL no longer supports them. Literally any other company makes better sounding headphones. Sony, Shure, Bose, Klipsch are all much better brands than JBL will ever be for headphones.

We appreciate your feedback. We understand that our JBL Vibe 200 hasn't met your expectations. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. It's possible that a Bluetooth connection can become corrupt. Please unpair and re-repair your Bluetooth connection to see if that fixes the problem. If this doesn’t solve the issue, we need to determine if the problem is in the source device or the earbuds. Try connecting to a different source device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. If that doesn't work, do a factory reset. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap three times and hold the button on the fourth tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet/laptop in order to pair them again. For further assistance, please contact us.

I got these earbuds 8 months ago and sadly one month ago I accidentally put my charging case through the washing machine. Obviously this seems as though the product would break, but just last night I thought "hey why not plug it in and see if it works." So today when I got home from school I checked and was surprised to find perfectly working earbuds. To me if I can put the charging case through the washing machine and it come out still working I'd buy 20 times over... But I don't have to cuz THEY STILL WORK!

After owning these for 7 months, the earbuds got stuck in Mono mode and I could only hear audio out of one earbud at a time. Harman replaced the set and now 6 months later, I'm having the exact same issue and can't hear out of both earbuds at the same time and now customer care won't replace these. Factory reset didn't do anything. I guess I'll choose a better brand next time. Cannot recommend.

There might be a possibility that your earbuds are not charging properly. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. I bought this product last week and have been wearing them every day since they were delivered! I wasn’t really expecting such good quality sound since it is not compatible with the JBL app. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The sound coming from these earbuds is a very good mixture of treble and bass. I always look forward to hearing music out of different JBL products because I’ve never been let down so far. These earbuds are very convenient! Although they aren’t noise cancelling, you can control your music with each each earbud. You don’t have to worry about having to have both of them in for you to be able to press play, pause, skip forward/backward, and even answer calls. The instruction manual is pretty easy to comprehend. I am very pleased with this product!

I bought a pair of these about 10 months ago and they have served me well in that time. The earbuds sound really good but I cant get them to fit in my ears without falling out almost every time I use them; I'm unsure if this is a user error or a product issue. Unfortunately this has now caused me to loose the right earbud because it fell down a drain pipe the other morning. I really do enjoy the sound of these earbuds and other jbl products but I can't in good conscience recommend these to someone else.

I wanted to get a budget friendly earpods for outdoors. I used to be an over the head headphone girl because most earpods hurt my ears, but was looking for a more discreet option these days. The sound quality blew my mind! Decent battery duration, easy to adapt controls of the touch buttons. Exceeded my expectation compared to the money that I paid.

If you have accomplished a tight seal, but still feel that the bass is lacking, this might be caused of the sonic quality of your source, depending on what you are listening to, EQ Settings, or Source Device. If you're using an EQ, you may try to turn it off, or if not, try turning it on and boosting the bass. You may also reset the earbuds by turning it on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. If these steps did not work for further assistance, please contact our customer support.

Short battery life :(

I love these headphones, but my only gripe is wish they had a longer battery life. I barely make it about 3 hours into my workday before they start dying and have to put them away to recharge. Would give more stars if there is somehow an improvement on battery life. OR if I can get recommendation for headphones with a longer batter life.
