These pellets are higher quality than others I've used. They burn cleaner and more efficient with great flavor. The box is nice and even has a unique poring spout to make loading grill easy.

Good enough pellets, nothing special and the box always arrives damaged with missing pellets. The last one I got maybe had 10 lbs in it

These pellets are the perfect blend that give you the smokiness of hickory and the extra pop of color from cherry. I love the box these come in and how i can easily pour out what I need and close back up unlike other bag of 20 lb pellets. The quality, flavor and packaging on these pellets are all amazing!

I’ve used so many different pellet brands over the years but these are different. 100% wood, no oil flavors added. Burns efficiently and clean. Actually produces a good amount of smoke and so easy to store in the box it comes in.

First off - boxes are better than the plastic bags that’ll break and leak. Easier to carry, easier to pour. Jax is the perfect blend and has the lowest ash out of any pellets I’ve used. The smoke flavor is awesome and I’ll never use anything else.
