Jergens Natural Glow Firming Daily Moisturizer Self Tanner Body Lotion - 7.5 fl oz

Didn’t work. Used for a week. Smelled like tanning lotion but had no change in color. And I’m pale- so even a little color would have been noticeable. Gonna return it because it’s not a nice enough body lotion to keep using even without the tanning effect.

Absolutely love this especially after a cool shower when the weather warms up I can tell the formula has been changed a little bit because it does have a more of a”tanning” lotion smell. But always ensure you wash your hands after applying great with a body oil on top after applying lotion and setting gives a more natural finish than a dry tan lotion look

Love this stuff! Gives a very nice subtle tan. I do mix it with my regular nicely scented lotion to tone down that fake tan scent though. I put it on every day after the shower and it looks so nice! No orange or streaks.

I loved this lotion so much, it gave me the perfect tinted glowy skin. I felt flawless. This was before they added back tocopheryl acetate to the ingredients. I am highly allergic to tocopheryl acetate / Vitamin E. I didn't know the ingredient was added back and I broke out in hives all over my body. I hope that Jergens / Kao Corporation can make another glow lotion without Vitamin E, there are people like me who have allergies and it's hard to find lotions and soaps that do not contain Tocopheryl Acetate / Vitamin E.

I love the smell and the way it tans so gradually. Don't slather it on top like barbecue sauce, just rub it in like normal lotion. I've been using it for years, and I always put regular lotion on my hands, elbows, knees, and feet first. Then I put the tanning lotion on everywhere else and wash my hands well. It WILL stain White towels, but I imagine OxiClean would take it out. I use dark towels. If it didn't stain towels and sheets (if you sweat), it wouldn't stain your skin, which is what you want.

It's great! It takes 3 applications to tan your skin a lot more.

I'm a very pale person, people can't help but mention it constantly. I wanted to try this and applied it like I normally would with lotion. Learned quickly, you NEED an application glove or you will be pretty patchy. I thought this would process more even but you definitely need to be careful. Where I did tan it tanned well first try, would be great for people with tanning gloves!😆😆 I recommended testing on a place you can cover with clothes first.

I’m Asian so I naturally get a tan. I tried this and it’s amazing!! It’s really small difference but I’m sure I can build it. Tips: Shower in hot water for 15-20mins Exfoliate with a scrub to get all dead skin off Immediately after showering apply thin layer to all areas of body. Make sure you are rubbing with both hands! Take your time with rubbing the lotion all around to make sure you get all areas. Should be no streaks.

Darkens up my pasty pale skin in one application. Dries relatively quickly and non streaky if you rub it in thoroughly. Only con is the smell which lasts ALL DAY (or until you wash it off).

I was skeptical because of mixed reviews, but even after 1-2 days use (& applying it around 2x total), the difference was immediately there. I am super pale, so that could have something to do with it. Some areas did show up slightly patchier than others, but not streaky like some other self tanners. Smell is not bad or overwhelming either. Overall, the color is very natural-looking and sunkissed. I’m sure if I kept using it for a few more days I’d be like a new person.
