A: This is how I eat my sandwiches. You can absolutely do it really easily. Just take it off before you heat it up.

I’ve been eating these for ages and about 5 or so years ago I noticed not everything lost its taste on this sandwich. The cheese has zero taste. The sausage has no breakfast sausage taste.

IDK what they put as the meat but it aint real food! I hate how this is basically the only brand that has frozen breaskfast sandwhiches . They have MSGs in the ingrediants and every bite of the meat has a bone or something in it. I cant do it. There is either a squishy rubbery piece in the meats or a bone that will chip your tooth and the sausage sandwhiches have the same thing. Quality was never great but has gotten worse. Done with Jimmy Dean.

Consistently awesome. Calorically miraculous. Cravings Commence. This is a great breakfast sandwich. I use it for my intermittent fasting program, and sets up my evening for a wonderful dinner. I eat this about 11:30, and I am satisfied until dinner. Plus, at only 270 calories, it's not even a guilty pleasure to enjoy. Filling, fresh tasting, and fabulous.

These are the best breakfast sandwiches. They actually have flavor! I don’t have any issues with cooking them in the microwave, so I think some people aren’t following the directions properly or they need to play around with the cooking time for their specific microwave. For me, the directions on the box work beautifully.

Was excited to find something without pork but it turns out I can’t eat these anyway as they contain high fructose corn syrup and will go to the trash. I can’t believe the price I pay for these products and they use whole grain and “lean protein” as if they’re healthier than other options and they still use cheap lab made sweeteners that are horrible for your health and highly addictive. Seems a bit counterintuitive to their marketing practices. It’s unfortunate what these companies do to unknowing people, trying to sell something as a healthy option when products contains the ingredients that indicate otherwise.

I sincerely am not the type to write reviews, but I've been thinking about this sandwich A LOT. It's great for convenience, great flavor, and also value. I've seen a lot of people complaining about the texture, but from the moment I bought this breakfast sandwich I thought I was supposed to microwave it and then pop it in the oven to toast the buns. Using the oven adds texture to the bread and it makes it an irresistible petit dejeuner. If you have any complaints about the texture, I suggest you try my method for a luxurious and gourmet crunch. 10/10.

The Protein value is nice, but the benefits of that are offset by the High Fructose Corn Syrup and other chemical/synthetic ingredients, which is the reason I stopped buying them regularly. I'm sure it's possible to make them a lot healthier without those ingredients.

When I prepared these in the microwave, the muffins were tough and we didn’t enjoy them. Then I discovered the oven directions on this site, and the muffins are good prepared that way. Jimmy Dean should include the oven directions on the packaging.

Great product when you figure a better way to heat. The instructions on the box need to be revised. 90 seconds at 30% power then 65 seconds high?? Leaves the sandwich way overcooked.

I am a regular purchaser of the Jimmy Dean Delight English Muffin Turkey Sausage, Egg white and Cheese sandwiches. Imagine my surprise this morning when I opened a new package to find the English Muffin had shrunk to about half the size it used to be. Rediculous! Higher price, less food. Corporate Greed!

I do not know what people are doing to these in their microwaves, but these are the ONLY brand of breakfast sandwiches I like as the sausage has flavor vs others that tastes like just a flavoerless mushy glob. But if you DO NOT know how to put your microwave to 80% power to follow the instruction, skip these and leave them for us who love them and have trouble finding them in stock. You do have to wrap them in papertowel to keep in the moisture and heat at 80% power (although if you are finding them cold maybe you have a low voltage microwave and can skip that step. ) or they will dry out and get hard, but definitely worth the extra effort to not have to cook everything individually before my morning coffee.
