Q: First time trying Egg-wiches, the breadless breakfast. My concern is the cooking method. Is it safe to cook in the plastic packaging. I know there are certain types of things that get into the food when cooking in plastic. BPA's etc. Thanks

I love these breakfast sandwiches. I am watching my carb intake and these are great. I do have trouble finding the ham, bell pepper variety in stores. When I do find them I load upon them.

Product does not cook according to directions. Cheese melts and makes a huge mess inside packet. I’ve tried several ways, none of which produced satisfactory results. Expensive product for such horrible results. Did anyone actually try microwavethis before marketing? Total fail.

Based on the box picture I was expecting a sandwich style meal with a crispy top and bottom I could pickup and enjoy…nope! The taste was just okay but the texture put me off…I want to eat a sandwich with my hands, not a knife and fork! Sorry but I won’t be buying these again.

Delicious,healthier break from biscuits, French and sourdough breads for breakfast. Surprisingly tasty and affordable. However,how healthy could any processed food be? Still delicious and worth a try for a quick, tasty, filling breakfast.

These are great. They taste good, especially with some garlic dipping sauce. Eating them on a plate with a fork is a must in my opinion. I've seen some reviews speak of gluten free, which these are not. I realize the company doesn't make that claim, but they also don't make it clear either. Yeast extract is made with barley. My first helping of these seemed fine, but the next day I had some more and almost immediately broke out with dermatitis herpetiformis (gluten rash) on my chin with extreme itching. Just be aware of what you intake, especially as a celiac. I obviously messed up.

Okay so the price isn't terrible, especially compared to buying a breakfast sandwich from a restaurant, but it would be nice to have 5 come in the box instead of 4 cuz it's a day short of the standard work week. They taste great so I'll likely keep buying them for when I'm too lazy to cook.
Ugh. Tried these bc Turkey Sausage Croissant Delights were out of stock. Nope!

Not good. Overly salty, with a bad mix of very fake-tasting ingredients. Couldn't even eat half of one. Had to throw it away. And I'm a breakfast person who hates to waste food. This was not good food.

I just tried these this morning. I was pleasantly surprised. They were easy to make, great for on-the-go. You could easily take these along on your commute for dashboard dining. I’m always on the search for tasty keto products to make my life easier. Could you make these at home from scratch? Sure, but then you’d have to buy all the ingredients, wash the pans when you are done, clean up the stove, and then throw out the rest of the ingredients that you forget to use again before they spoil. It is so easy to get one or two out of the freezer, pop it in the sparkle-wave and then take it on the go. These are the best for flavor and texture that I have tried so far. Don’t be afraid. Give ‘em a try.
