I used to love these sausage patties and were the only ones I bought. The last few boxes instead of the sausage being crumbly it is rubbery.

For decades I have enjoyed JD's pork sausage patties. Then something changed. From the original box we now have a bag of patties apparently just dumped in. But the worst change is they don't taste or chew the same as the real originals. They are rubbery in texture and in the chewing. To me, they are not the patties I've loved. No more for me, thank you. It's back to bacon.

I use the pork sausage patties with Hawaiian rolls for a great on the run breakfast. I will make 2 dozen at a time and freeze them. Absolutely delicious!

I got this delivered to my home and today’s date is October 29th,2024 and the use by or freeze date is Sept. 19th,2024 and in the store it was more than likely IN A REFRIGERATOR! I’m so upset. Does the store NOT check expiration dates of their stocked items? A WHOLE MONTH is crazy

These patties were convenient and good tasting but 20% sodium for 2 patties is WAY TOO MUCH of your daily value. Could hardly eat them; yuk! We like Jimmy Dean bulk sausage but these were definitely different.

I love these sausages but the strangest thing happened. When I opened my package of 8, there was only 7 in it. While I understand this was probably the mistake of a robot on an assembly line it was still upsetting for my meal prepping as I was shorted my 8th sausage :( the package was completely sealed still. Is it a big deal? No. But super frustrating.

This was my first time trying this product so I didn’t have high expectations being it said it was precooked. They were smaller then I expected but it tasted really good and had a lot of flavor. Had them with my waffles. I felt they were a bit overpriced though considering they only give you minis in there.

I have had Jimmy Dean since i was a kid. Bought these in hopes of finding something easy to take to work. They were so greasy and salty. They were barely edible. Hopefully i got a bad batch or something. Cause that was way less than what i expected. Going to be a long time before i give this a try again.

Long time customer. I find it hard to believe the change to the sausage was due to customer requests as stated in the description, and was probably due to cost concerns.. Clearly you have made a decision to chose profit over quality, and we customers are NOT happy with the change. The patties are rubbery and lack any flavor, unlike the previous patties that had a lot of flavor and had a proper sausage texture. Needless to say, I will no longer purchase Jimmy Dean Sausages. Such a disappointment.
