Q: Are these sweatproof? description says no water resistance rating

A: Hi Jjj, we need to change that! The Epic Air earbuds are IP55 rated, so water and dust resistance is high! I probably wouldn't shower with them on, but they're perfectly fine to wear in all weather.

I purchased these earbuds twice now in the last two weeks and both sets are defective. The case shows that it is charging when plugged in but no matter how long you have it charging the earbuds will not power on if out of the case. I owned a set of these for years and am so disappointed that I can’t get a working replacement set for my old ones.

I bought these in early September. Haven't been able to use them for the few weeks I've had them because the buds and case will not fully charge. I've tried many trouble shooting with no luck. I messages support about it, which said they would get back to me within 48 hours and they have yet to do so. I really enjoy my other jlab headphones so I hope I'm able to get a new, fully functioning pair soon

App is completely non functional, I had to use an archived APK of an earlier release to get any function. The microphone for phone calls is horrible unless you shout.

Earbuds don't work outside of its container

I have yet to get my ear buds to work. After going through the steps shown in the manual, I have not been able to get the ear buds to light up outside of the container in order to load these onto my devices. Since the ear buds won't light up when touched my phone or computer won't recognize the ear buds.

I bought these after getting a pair of the go air. they are so nice for work and anything you could possibly be doing. the active noise cancelling is nice for loud environments but I dont really use it that often only because I dont really like the static effect. the case is awesome too because it allows for wireless charging on a charging pad. JLab products are nice and I like the fact that they have the built in charging adapter that pops out when needed.

We bought a pair of defective earbuds and they were awesome about returning them and allowing us to pick our replacements. Always have bought JLAB products and never had an issue and when I did they were wonderful in making thing right!!

I was looking for newer earbuds with ANC and Jlab has the best earbuds and audio I could ever experience. When I found these epic ANC earbuds I just had to get them and I am not disappointed. It takes like a day to wear the speakers in and after that the sound is incredible. I would definitely recommend this to any friend and family member because of the great value.

Got the Epic air ANC yesterday. Out of the box it is dead. After charging the box overnight, the earbud did not power on after removing it from the box.

Trash. Friggin shipt shopper replaced these for a much cheaper pair I ordered. Never opened the box but I didn't return in time. So I when I finally did open you can imagine my rage when they didn't even work, as others said DOA, even after charging for hours. The Bluetooth is unablw to connect - phone can't even detect the connection, the actual earbuds seem to not be able to stay on. What a scam. Do better Target and JLab...
