submitted byMusic luvr - 7 months agoA: I usually really struggle to keep ear buds in my ears, but I have no problem with these. I also don't experience any soreness after wearing them for a while.
submitted byinsertnamehere - 3 months agoA: They fit in my ears great and stay all day. There are 3 different size options so as long as you don’t typically have issues with that type of bud you should be good. I will say AirPods did not stay in my ears however these do.

Q: How do I get both earbuds to work at the same time? When I put them in, only one works at a time
A: Hi Gio, sounds like the Pops need to be reset. Put both of the earbuds into the charging case and tap the left earbud on the JLab Logo 7 times, wait for the light on the bud to blink white and blue and then quickly tap the right earbud 7 times. That will then require you to re-pair your earbuds to your device. It should work to sync your earbuds together again! Hope that helps.
submitted byJLab Audio Team - 2 days agoBrand expertA: Hi Gio, thanks for reaching out about JLab GO Air Pop True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds We apologize for the issue you are experiencing and have a few suggestions that may help: 1. Remove from device: Forget "JLab GO Air Pop" from your device's Bluetooth settings. 2. Place in case: Ensure both earbuds are securely placed in the charging case. 3. Quick taps: Quickly tap one earbud 7 times, then quickly tap the other earbud 7 times. A blue light flashing 4 times indicates success. 4. Remove from case: Take both earbuds out of the charging case. 5. Pairing mode: One earbud will be solid white, while the other will blink blue/white, indicating they are in pairing mode. 6. Connect: Select "JLab GO Air Pop" from your device's Bluetooth settings to connect, according to JLab Support. If these steps are not successful, we invite you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.
