Q: if you use these for swimming, and don't put your head underwater, but they get wait a little, is that ok?
A: Hi Rudy, thanks for reaching out about JLab Go Air Sport True Wireless Bluetooth Headphones. Listening to music while in the water requires waterproof headphones made for swimming. And while most earbuds are made to handle some moisture — like protecting against a sweaty workout — they are not made to handle extended periods of time in or underwater. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.

Q: How often do these shock you when you take them out of the case? I realize current will flow through the charge ports but my old buds never shocked me like these did. Not something I want to live with
A: We'd be happy to help. Please email us at support@jlab.com.
submitted byJLab Audio Team - 2 years agoBrand expertA: I have 2 pair and had one before these, and never had static shock issues with any of them. And I have experience this type of shock with other stuff in recent years. These have been super safe for me
submitted byMayjay - 10 months agoA: Hi, CC! Regarding your question about the JLab Go Air Sport True Wireless Bluetooth Headphones: Good news! These earbuds run on a 3.7V battery, which is incapable of penetrating skin. You should not be able to feel a shock from these headphones! If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact MyTGTtech at 877-698-4883 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.

Q: How do you charge headphones.
A: There is a flexible plug attached to the back of the case which you plug into any standard recharging port. These earphones last a very long time on a single charge.
submitted byDeemper - 7 months agoA: What is a standard charging port?
submitted byKC - 3 months agoA: The charging cord is a standard USB A plug. We recommend that you plug this into a laptop/desktop to charge or a wall adapter to charge them up.

Q: Why can’t touch controls be disabled?
A: Hi PH, thanks for reaching out about the JLab Go Air Sport True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds. JLab's product line has different levels of features. Some of their higher-end "JBuds" and "Epic" series earbuds offer customization through the JLab app, which may include the option to disable or modify touch controls. However "GO Air" series, like the "GO Air Sport" and "GO Air Pop," generally do not have this feature. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7 am-11 pm CST.
submitted byRena - 2 months agoTarget expert supportA: Hi PH! Great question and a perfect time to plug the fantastic JLab App which is available from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Once you download the app and have the Go Air Sports paired with your phone, you can easily go into the app and connect to the earbuds. This will allow you to customize what the touch controls do, including... doing nothing! You can set the touch controls to not do anything if you tap, double tap etc... Hope that's helpful! Reach out to our support team at support@jlab.com if you need more help with this. We're always here for you!

Q: The description mentions "touch controls". Do these work with regular gloves, the way a button would? Or do they require bare hands / touchscreen gloves?
A: Hi bud, great question! The go air sports do have a type of touch sensor that requires contact with either human skin, or the kind of gloves that work with touch screens. Those gloves allow for electrical connectivity to be transferred and make the button "Press." Standard leather gloves wouldn't work!
submitted byJLab Audio Team - 2 months agoBrand expertA: Hi bud, thanks for reaching out about JLab Go Air Sport True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds These earbuds use capacitive touch controls, which rely on the electrical conductivity of your skin, so gloves may interfere. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.

Q: I saw that these come with an App, do I have to use the app?
A: Hi Dand, great question! Short answer, no you don't have to use the app! The earbuds will pair to your phone regardless. Longer answer, you're missing out on some awesome stuff if you don't use the app! The app is packed with customization features and you can truly make the earbuds your own when you pair the Go Sports with the app. Hope that helps!
submitted byJLab Audio Team - 2 months agoBrand expertA: Hi Dand, thanks for reaching out about JLab Go Air Sport True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds These earbuds do not require the app to function however, some features that come from the app would not be available. Here is a quick list of things you can do with or without the app to help guide you: What you CAN do without the app: Play/Pause music: You can control playback directly from the earbuds using the touch controls. Adjust volume: Volume can also be adjusted via the touch controls on the earbuds. Answer/End calls: You can answer and end phone calls using the earbuds' touch controls. Skip tracks: You can skip to the next or previous track using the touch controls. Switch between EQ modes: The Go Air Sport earbuds have three preset EQ modes (JLab Signature, Balanced, and Bass Boost) that you can cycle through using the touch controls. What you CAN'T do without the app: Customize EQ settings: The JLab app usually allows for more granular control over the EQ settings, letting you fine-tune the sound to your preference. Without the app, you're limited to the preset EQ modes. Update firmware: Firmware updates for the earbuds, which can improve performance and add features, are typically done through the app. Without the app, you might miss out on these updates. Customize touch controls: The app might offer options to customize the functions assigned to the touch controls. Without it, you'll have to use the default control scheme. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.
