While I like how lightweight, compact, and portable this is, I’m not sure how long the elastic cords that hold the phone in place will last. Seems like they’ll stretch out or break eventually after a few uses. For the low price, I’ll take a chance, but not counting on this lasting a long time. Probably better for a camera that screws into the base.

Overall, this tripod is great. I used it with a camcorder, DSLR, and two different phones. Even with the top heavy DSLR, the tripod did not feel like it was going to fall over. The only issue I have is the larger phone, a pixel 7 pro with an OtterBox case, is too thick to fit in the phone holder. It's so close to fitting. I just wish they had made it slightly wider to fit more phones.
