Happy with the quality but I ordered a 2 slice toaster cover and received a 4 slice toaster cover. I called about this and it was discovered by the representative that the 2 slice and the 4 slice both have the same bar code number. So I had to go through sending back the wrong one in order to get the correct one. I do read that others have had similar issues. One would think it would be of imminent importance to straighten out the bar coding of these similar products.
Dimensions are not accurate to picture.

I ordered the toaster oven cover and it is so small that I thought it was a toaster cover. I called to ask to return it and get the toaster oven cover and they want to charge be almost the price of the item to send it back. I have the same size toaster oven as in the picture in the catalog and there is not way that it fits this appliance. you will be very disappointed! Now I am stuck with a product I have no use for but to give away.
