I LOVE it! This is the 2nd one I purchased. Unfortunately the pump died again & I can't find the pump model # to order a replacement pump. I don't want to buy another fountain for the 3rd time. If I can please be provided this info it would be greatly appreciated. TYIA

I absolutely loved this fountain! I only used filtered water and turned it off every night but sadly, after a year the pump gave out. We've tried replacing with other pumps but the light doesn't work and it's not quiet anymore. The original pump was perfect as you couldn't hear a thing!! I miss the zen effect it gave off?.

There isn't a single thing I don't love about this fountain! (Due to my negligence in not overwintering my first, exact one, from 10 years ago, the freezing temps caused it to crack). I'm tickled to 'have it back'! So is a hummingbird that enjoys the bubbler for bathing/drinking/playing.
My second fountain from lamps plus, very happy with both.

the Fountain was the right size for the location we wanted a Fountain. But the audible level was a little on the quiet side, if there is no other noise it would be the fountain you were looking for.

Everything that was supposed to be in the box was there. I just put it together this morning and it took about an hour. Actual effort was 14 minutes; the rest of the time was leveling and keeping the hose clean to fill it with. I did add some screening over the water return "vents" and cleaned pebbles to keep the screens in place.

The fountain is the perfect height for my needs. I love how the water bubbles up out of the top and the light is a nice touch, especially at night. I give it 4 stars because it did get chipped fairly easy, though it is small and not noticeable unless up close.

Great style but it’s a piece of garbage. Water pump broke within 12 months. Fountain leaked when purchased (I used sealant to fix). It is not really appropriate for outdoor use that is exposed to the elements. Don’t waste your money.

Very under impressed...Water is held in a small basin and not the entire size of the base. Can barely, barely hear a fountain sound no matter what I try. The ball on top sits on brackets and mine are not level. No control for LED lights "on all the time".... Should have sent it back but threw away the box....

Ended up purchasing a 16 X 16 Black Plexiglass Pedestal to raise the unit 6 inches and to give it a more dramatic look. Remember to use Distilled Water! A Gallon Jug will do. Only issue I have is the sound of the water is louder than I expected. Have already found so quick tips of putting baffles in the water itself to soften the noise. Lamps Plus is a top notch company and I will not hesitate doing business with them again
