This fountain looks just like the picture. It has been working perfectly since I bought it. The water does not splash out, and the sound is at a perfect level so that it doesn't distract, but soothes. It arrived on time, and it was easy to track the order.

This item is very beautiful in the picture. After pulling out of the box, I judged this to be one of the worst painted objects I have ever ordered. Beautifully designed and functional, I must admit. Since I am a craftsman and artist, I completely repainted the whole thing and now looks like the picture. Disappointed I payed this much for an item and have to refurbish it before I can use it.

I would recommend this product, I have not installed the pump as it sits on a wall without power access so I used the tray for "hens & chicks" other small plants such as this. The brass was a bit bright at first but all like it.

We love the water fountain which we easily installed in our patio. We would have given it 5 stars except the water pump is quite powerful for the size of the small fountains water flows fast.

Love it! It’s a little smaller than I thought it would be but that’s ok because it fits on my wall perfectly. Very happy with it.

The pump for this fountain is too powerful it shoots the water out too far so a lot of the water splashes out even with the pump vent closed all the way!??

The spicot can't hit the mark! Water consistently hits the side of the basin and onto the ground. This is not just the typical "splatter" of drops after hitting the water that is common to wall fountains. This is a straight out miss!

The fountain was attractive but the sound of water was not as loud as would have liked

This could be a great product if they spent a dollar more on the spout design (and toned down the bright orange basin color). As soon as I turned it on, water shot right out over the basin and on the floor because it is angled too far out. Rather than a cheap copper pipe fragment they could have used a better faucet type spout that pointed straight down. I will try and bend it back, but I read another review where someone did this and the spout just snapped off.

love this fountain. The size is perfect for my balcony wall, the color and texture are amazing. It even has a screen to filter the water before it reaches the pump. Beautiful design and construction.
