John Timberland Large Mushroom Bronze Finish LED Landscape Path Lights - Set of 4

Well, after spending hundreds on several sets of these I have had two snap off at the base due to a very weak connection between the 1/4" pole and the base. Now I've had two of them go out and have just learned that there are no replacement bulbs, they suggest you just buy new lamps?? In an age of global warming and limited resources I can't think of a more asinine of designing outdoor lighting. I will never shop with this company again, especially after I asked them how many regular lamps they sell that require you to purchase a new lamp instead of a bulb. "oh, we sell many".

Great lights but the bottom support breaks very easily. Have buy a whole new unit.

Love these fixtures of had them for a few years they withstand all of the elements of the north New England climate, illuminate the ground you around

What a complete disappointment. These lights omit as much light as a candle. On a more positive note, the wind does not extinguish the light. I would include a photo but the fixtures don’t put off enough light for my I phone to capture. I purchased a Kitchler led fixture at Lowe’s. Not only was it less expensive they were of much better quality. One of the Kitchler omits more light than the 4 of these mushroom fixtures combined.

Lights are nice, but upon the advise of a previous customer, I painted the underside white. It is literally a day and night difference. Company rep said I voided the warranty, but I wouldn’t purchase them again without being able to paint them. Not near bright enough

The lights were easy to install but I recommend purchasing King Innovation Dry Crimp Pre-Filled Medium Wire Connectors. These are way better than what is included with the lamps and better than the ones you can buy from Lampsplus. Also, purchased 16 of the bronze and then purchased 3 additional black lights by mistake. Because the black version is painted white under the mushroom, it appears about 50% brighter than the bronze version. My solution was to paint the underside of the bronze version white. Now the lamps are all brighter. The stakes are made out of some kind of metal which seemed very strong. I hit them with a hammer to install and only chipped one. I should have been a little more careful.

I have quite a few of these installed to light up my paths at night and they look great and (now) shed enough light. The secret? Remove the caps and paint the undersides with gloss white "appliance" paint. Reassemble, plug in, and the results are great.

I needed to add reflective tape on the underside of the mushroom cap to get some illumination of the path.

These landscape lights are very nicely put together and come in an amazingly small box. They create a soft warm glow. Assembly was easy and they came with water resistant wire nuts.
