Q: On the video it shows her just lifting it up without a secured button to lock or unlock. Is it safe? And does it have a lock for it to unhook from the bottom? Very confusing video.

A: The rocker on the Cinnamon swing lifts off vertically without needing to be unlocked. The mount provides ample engagement to keep the rocker securely in place but still allows the user to lift it on and off without a separate locking device.

A: Thanks for your question. The cinnamon 2-in-1 glider can be used from birth up to 25 lb., up to 30 inches (whichever comes first). The rocker portion of cinnamon can be used from birth up to 20lb, up to 27 inches (whichever comes first). Cinnamon should not be used after your child reaches 30 inches or if they try to climb out of the product. The age of a child for these limits varies.

A: Thanks for reaching out! You do need to remove the seat to switch the directions on the cinnamon™ glider and rocker. This can be done by simply lifting up on the handle to detach it from the base and then switching it to the desired direction, side-to-side or front-to-back.

This mini rocker, swing, and infant seat is perfect for a living space like ours. This product has a small footprint in our den. The material is baby-friendly and very neutral. There is no odor. I checked the price, and it's very reasonable. Our new family addition was comfy, cozy, and secure in this. The only con is that the manual was unhelpful due to confusing/vague illustrations.

You can change the settings how intense it is and you can also change the music to either white noise or different songs. I saw that the weight limit was 25 pounds and I actually have a 25 pound toddler so I tested it out and I can confirm that it really does work with 25 pounds which was shocking to me so I am very happy with this

It’s a rocking toy for children that swivels back and forth and has a mode that moves up and down, very different from other machines. The sound is pleasant, and the design prevents the baby from arching their back. I really like it. The colors are subtle, and it doesn’t have any strange smell. My child lies on it to play.

There’s multiple sound settings choosing how loud or quiet you want it. Lots of sound option too from animals, birds, water, to music there’s so many choices im sure you and your baby will love! It also comes apart so if your little one falls asleep in it and are buckled in you can just pick it up and move it wherever you are, I keep it in the living room and move to my kitchen or upstairs when I need to shower it’s easy to figure out as im usually by myself! This is definitely with the money it’s the best and only swing you’ll need you don’t even need a bouncer cause you can carry it wherever you need it to be, or a noise machine cause it’s all built in. It’s a little expensive but when you think it’s 3 things in one it’s really worth it. It’s safe cause the babies get buckled in and you can use it up to 25 pounds so it’ll really be with you the first 9 or so months and I use it ALL the time.

I really love the ability to adjust the glide on the x and y axis, I think that is really innovative. I also like the sounds and music options included, they are relaxing and peaceful. It was fairly easy and quick to put together. I also love that it has a plug in option or battery option.

If you have a hard time there's a qr code to learn it on your phone. It is light weight compared to my Graco. This swing goes side to side and back and forth or both at the same time. Has several music or white sound settings. As well as a volume up and down. The seat itself can come off and rock manually or be propped up to a steady kick stand. We are having jng a great time with it.

This had new reviews when I bought it but I’m so glad I took the risk. I bought this after my baby shower on a whim and I wish I had seen it sooner and added it to my registry. Baby loves it. I love the many adjustable settings and that I can easily transport her around the house in the removable seat so I can always have her close, especially as a new mom at home alone while my husband is at work. Definitely recommend this product. My only complaint is that the color I picked shows spit up and dribble very easily. We have a reflux baby so I don’t bother washing EVERY time there’s soiling since I’d be washing multiple times a day, I use a baby wipe between washes and it works decently enough. It’s easy enough to remove for periodic cleaning but it does show spots easily.
