I love love my cart. It is currently being used as a recovery spot for my Frenchie girl. She had surgery on her neck and is not supposed to walk much for 6 weeks. We can sit around in the Fresh air and get some sun and she has room to lay down and enjoy. She is also sleeping in it beside our bed. It has been a life saver!!

To say I love this product would be an understatement. I live in nyc and this has been an absolute necessity for grocery shopping and lugging things back and forth from the garage etc. Love it. I’ve also used it as a pet stroller and taken the nyc subway! If they made a few adjustments to this as their official pet stroller- I’d buy a dozen. Joovy pls make a few updates to this and make it the perfect pet stroller!!! 1 -width is perfect. But make it a bit longer 2- create a zipper function at the front of the basket so pets can stick their face out. And pls. Keep the removable bag as part of the pet stroller 3- add soft zippable canopy to close. No need for separate hard carrier. Pls. Keep the removable bag structure. Maybe add more support at bottom of cart by adding one or two more straps that go across I saw your pet stroller. But the removable carrier is unnecessary and adds bulk.

Advertised as lightweight. It is anything but lightweight. Folded up, it’s also bulky and cumbersome. Not conducive for apartment life. Now I have to figure out how to return this to the store.

I got a Boot 3 years ago in anticipation of my Cavalier King Charles Spanels aging and used it for shopping when Covid first hit. I just ordered my 2nd Boot for our Florida home as one of my dogs can't keep up with the others on our walk, but wants to be part of the pack. I highly recommend for shopping and for our dogs!

I cannot say enough great things about this little cart. It rolls well. It easily folds and unfolds. It has the perfect cargo capacity for my grocery store and farmers market runs. Sometimes I put items directly in the cart and then pull out the tote to unload. Other times it’s more convenient to line the boot with two large brown paper bags (two fit perfectly inside) and then remove the bags to unload. I don’t think I’ve ever used this cart and NOT had someone compliment me on it. My only small gripe is the location of the brake. Sometimes when I’m walking I’ll step right into the brake and engage it. But overall I’m so pleased with this product.

This was the only thing on my Christmas list so my husband's hands were tied. We have already used it many times and I keep thinking of more uses. For example, we can use it to hold all of our carry-on personal bags at the airport. My fingers are crossed that it can be checked at the gate like a stroller. It maneuvers effortlessly and the handle is a good height for myself (5'3") and my husband (6'3"). Will you make a opaque bag with a top closure that can lock into place? If I take the Boot to an amusement park or the mall, i'd like to be able to secure the contents.

Great for the mall, the grocery store, the farmer’s market...you name it!! Initially my family teased me, but they now know they don’t have to carry heavy bags and bulky packages throughout the day or make multiple trips to the car to unload. We load up my Joovy Boot and keep on shopping!!!

The cute magnetic tote detaches. The to see what's in it as you shop. This can put store managers at ease about personal shopping carts. Beyond grocery shopping, I use it to take my workout and videography equipment to various places. Not only does the Boot serve as the transportation, but also the storage and setup space for such stuff.

This is one of the best investment I ever purchased. We moved in town where groceries, restaurants and beaches are within walking distance. It didn't make any sense to drive a car just to go to the grocery store. I'm so glad that now I can walk there. I couldn't believe the amount of groceries I can put it I think I might have fill the cart more than the capacity recommended. Walking to our house it was smooth and so easy to move around. We also use this cart when we go to the beach and fill it up with towels and small cooler. I wish the wheel is a little bigger but it can still move on the sand when its dry. We also love taking this cart to town when shopping in boutiques and going to restaurants with our son and our dog. We put our dogs water bottle and items below compartment and on top we fill it up with things we buy in boutiques. We practically use this almost everyday for everything when walking around the town. Also I have tried taking it to the store that's further from our house. Hauling in the car and folding back is very easy and light to carry.

I was always one of those moms that took the stroller no matter that my kids have out grown it. This is a fabulous transition from the stroller. I have used it at theme parks, grocery store and of course strolling through the mall. Because it’s like a stroller in a since no one has ever stopped me from letting it in any of the places I’ve used it at. Way to Go Joovy!!!

I bought the Boot about 7 months ago. I bought it to use as a laundry cart. It is amazing. I may upgrade to the platoon for more space, but this Boot is awesome. Super easy to put together, and it is very maneuverable.

I absolutely love my Boot! It's convenient and easy! Don't have to worry about germs or screaming wheels of the store carts. It carries a ton, it's stylish and I feel super cute when pushing it. I have to fight my kids to push it! If you want convenience, cleanliness and fun get a Boot. I recommend it to everybody who asks!

When you live on a fourth-floor walk up, you usually have to unload your entire cart on the stairs before walking up. Or carry all of your bags to begin with and avoid the cart altogether. With this car, you can easily pop out the basket and carry it without the need to unload. The structure is also quite sturdy (my old, cheap cart had snapped at a joint). My streets are full of cracks and potholes, so I look forward to seeing how these wheels work in action.
