This Josh Cellars Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine that comes from central California’s Paso Robles region, where cool morning fog and intense midday sun result in richly textured and well-balanced wines. Aromas of red fruits are backed by powerful scents of black peppercorn. On the palate, the dry wine features flavors of raspberry, coffee, and vanilla. Bold tannins lead to a long, smooth finish. Pair this red wine Cabernet with a charcuterie board, lamb chops, or a chocolate mousse with berry coulis. This Cabernet Sauvignon is rated as one of the top 3% of wines in the world by Vivino and the 2017 vintage received 92 points from James Suckling. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a very strong, dry wine, and the smell is very strong too, I can't figure out what kind of alcohol it smells like, but it doesn't smell like grapes or any fruit. I prefer strong but sweet wines. If you prefer dry wines, this is for you, but for me, it is a no-no.

Medium bodied with vanilla and oak and a long lasting finish. I enjoyed it with grilled burgers and fries but would pair well with any red meat dish. Josh wines never fail to impress, was definitely a delicious wine that I will buy again.

It had a slight cherry and vanilla flavor but very subtle. Also has a little bit of spice. I really enjoyed the smooth taste and would definitely purchase it again. Price point was good. I would consider bringing a bottle to a dinner party as the bottle has a bit of elegance to it and it tastes better than cheaper wine that I often gravitate towards.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Josh reserve Paco Robles is a well balanced cab. its full bodied with a delightful aroma. im definitely a fan of smooth cabs and found this wine's taste to be full-bodied, smooth and overall very enjoyable. with my favorite flavors of coffee and vanilla and of course fruity. A nice complexity of flavors and smooth finish. Super enjoyable with my pizza and I can definitely see it working well with most meals or even appetizers. the price point is affordable and giftable. the bottle looks good on the table. I definitely recommend trying it.

On the pallet, it’s smooth and well balanced, with a subtle plum flavor. The finishes, long and satisfying, with just the right amount of tannins. Such a great value for the money. I love red wines and am absolutely a fan of Cabernet Sauvignon. This reserve is a palate full of flavor. Notable was a a bit of cherry, nuts and chocolate. The wine has a fruity fragrance upon airing and pours like a gorgeous red velvet into the glass. The flavor is bold but not overly so. This cabernet is on the dry side with moderately strong tannins. Overall, though I personally prefer a slightly sweeter cabernet, this is a satisfying cabernet for the price point and I will be purchasing again. #gifted #wine #cabernet #joshcellars #influenster #palate #redwine #indulge
