Journee Collection Wide Calf Women's Elisabeth Boot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These boots are okay, but I have been shipped the wrong pair over and over again and they don’t do anything about it, they don’t even reply to me when I ask what is going on, and why I haven’t been receiving the wrong color. They’ve shipped me the wrong pair 2 times now..?and just stopped replying. I wanted to love this company but I’m a little upset. The boots are very cute though, I liked them alot but I’m disappointed with the customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Color was perfect and the size 9 fit like a glove. The fit was too small in the calf. I'd need the extra wide calf to make them work.

These boots are very comfortable & stylish. The heel is the perfect height & width for work. The color is amazingly bright, but not too flashy. The fit makes my wide calf appear a normal size.

Also, it says wide calf but had a little difficulty zipping them up. I believe it’s the cut of the boot! I have several journee wide calf boots and they fit perfect!! Retuned them.

I loved these boots (in dark grey/black) when I first saw them, but could not get my transgender size 12 feet into them. The purported size 12 was at best like a size 10.5. Very sad indeed, because these boots would have been perfect for me otherwise.
