At least a half size if not a full size. I bought heel inserts to try to avoid having to ship them back, but they're still slipping off when I walk.

They are so comfortable - I often have to get wife's in dress shoes, but these fit perfectly. I appreciate the heel height, too. It's nice and low, practical, and comfortable. They are long enough at the toes not to show “toe ends” and rounded so no squashing. I had really given up on being able to wear any heels but the Journees have made it possible.
