A: Hello, I am so sorry, I thought I had responded to your question weeks ago and it is still showing as response needed. I would only suggest going to the 12/13 because children's feet grow so quickly, but yes, they are true to size. Again, my apologies for the delay!

So far so good. My 4 year old daughter's crocs got too small but these still fit so she has been wearing them daily for a few weeks. I hope they hold up... they seem more comfortable than crocs because the material is softer. They are not returnable in-store so consider that when ordering (that's kind of why we ended up keeping them). If they hold up for a while we'll buy another pair. My daughter's feet are on the small side (and not wide) for her age so they fit her well. I am not sure how these will do in the washing machine like our crocs that I can put into a mesh bag in the laundry, but I have had good luck with other Target shoes in the wash.
