This set is great condition. They are sharp, high carbon steel. The handles are made of a beautiful wood that lays nicely in your hand when cutting. There was a care instructions card included which i appreciate a lot, so my knives can last as long as possible.

I'm not saying I have swiped a steak house knife in the past but if I had, I would say these cut even smoother. The packaging made me not want to use them to begin with because it was rather fancy.

They are high carbon steel. The directions do recommend hand washing instead of putting them in the dishwasher.

I haven't had them for very long so I am not sure how long the blades will stay sharp, but they look nicer in person than they do in photographs. Happy eating!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives are nice. They sliced through steak like a hot knife cutting through butter! They have a nice weight and feel good in your hand. Only thing I’m not a fan of is they are a little high maintenance when it comes to cleaning them. They have to be hand washed and dried right away or they’ll rust. No putting these in the dishwasher or letting them drip dry in a drying rack.
