The single-speed mechanism features a coaster brake that helps maintain control and prevent the bike from ever going faster than your child can handle. Once balance basics have been conquered, you can remove the training wheels. Front and rear reflectors are included, making sure your child is easily identified even in low light.

bought this for my 4 year old granddaughter and it's perfect! No wobble, light weight, and easy for her to ride! she loved her name on it with provided stickers! No kickstand though.

The bike is super heavy and the training wheels are only compatible to install raised up, meaning the child has to know to to balance already. They cannot be installed down on the ground when the bike is upright, one side is always lifted off the ground, so for my toddler, the bike tops to the side dramatically backs me forth and she thinks she’s falling each time. I bought new training wheels to install and they aren’t compatible with the build of the bike, so we are returning everything. Disappointed, my daughter loved the colors.
