A: Menudo is a Mexican Soup made with beef tripe and hominy combined in a red chile broth. There isn't a translation involved in the naming of the product. Hope this helps!

We get this often! We do utterly add a menudo spice mix, but it’s just fine without it… and fresh squeezed lime. Perfect balance of the homily and tripe. Enough for 2 but makes a full meal on Sunday mornings.
