Description
Bulk Sodium Citrate Powder is the sodium salt of citric acid. It has both a sour and salty taste. It is commonly known as sour salt or melting salt and is mainly used as a food additive, usually for flavor in drinks or as a preservative. It reduces the acidity of foods, so it allows spherification and dissolves easily in boiling water. Another alternative for nutritional yeast. Great for making and baking your keto mac recipes for game night. You can make your own easy cheese sauce mix with shredded cheese to go on top of popcorn for seasoning or chips. This is gluten free and nut free. It is packaged in a resealable bag, which can be stored away for emergency food kit with a stable shelf life.
