1. inadequate packaging - the unit weights over 100 lbs and is packed in just cardboard. the packaging barely survived the trip and looked as though either a) I received a previously opened and returned unit or b) it broke open at some point in the journey and was taped back up. 2. possibly because of 1) above, it arrived missing ALL of the the post caps and ALL of the post couplers. This made it impossible to assemble as designed. Fortunately it will be used on a rough concrete floor so I can live without the end caps. Unfortunately I had to cobble it together using some of the shelf rails in place of the post couplers locking one shelf in the exact middle of the unit. This means I can't fit some of the taller items I had intended to store on the bottom shelf. The included instructions helpfully provide an email address and a website to use if it arrives damaged or missing some parts. Unfortunately, the website doesn't exist ('Something went wrong' / 'The store in unavailable' error page). I recevied no response to my email. If I time had not been a factor, I would have returned for a refund and purchased a different item. Because I couldn't wait another week, I am left with a questionably stable unit that doesn't fit the items it was intended to store.

It is not as high-quality as I would like it to be. I would rather the whole thing the shelves metal but it’s a great organizer for your garage if you are putting things on it that won’t warp overtime. It is easy to assemble and the price is affordable.

The set up was relatively straightforward, we messed around with the spacing of the shelves since you couldn’t put the shelves on the couplings. The shelf seems sturdy enough but not the strongest.

You can assemble it yourself, the instructions are pretty straightforward. However, some beams did not align perfectly even when following the instructions. It was frustrating to see the beams already installed come apart when hammaring the remaining parts. The shelves do seem sturdy and are able to hold a significant weight - bins full of dishes and tools. Overall a good storage solution except for misaligned assembly

But the instructions were clear & easy for the most part. Keep in mind if you have it delivered the box is very heavy. I absolutely love it! The color looks amazing too.

It helps me keep all of my utility room items neat and tidy, as I am a huge fan of organization. The best part is how sturdy/durable this shelf is, being that it is made to withstand up to 4,000 pounds! So, you pretty much do not need to worry about overloading it. The finish is high-quality and does not appear to damage, scrape, or chip easily, which is another huge plus. Piecing the metal parts together felt impossible and after many tries and almost giving up, we got it. After all the fussing, it is a great shelf and I love having wide shelves that are also tall. I happy to have received it!

The box was heavy when I got it in the mail so I was hesitant to try and put it together. This shelf is a great size. Actually perfect for the family and for all the things in my garage, big and small. To my surprise the assembly was pretty easy too! This makes my organizing efforts super easy and frees up some much needed space. I didn’t know how much I really needed this self until all my things was in it. I’m so impressed I’m thinking about getting another one! My neighbor even decided to buy one after seeing mine!

Assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow and assembly took about 15-20 minutes for one person. No tools necessary but we did use a rubber mallet to set the ends. This can be assembled as one large unit(see pictures) or two smaller units. We are very happy with this product.
