Hands down best book of the year for me!! Loved the characters instantly and the story was so great you felt like you were there. Only thing I'm disappointed is I've ordered the target edition twice and both times they sent me the original version. So if you order this you may get the wrong book.

There's a reason she's a NYT best selling author, anything by Abby is gold! This latest book is yet again another stunning winning combination of funny and sweet and real. Abby has real magic when it comes to her works, and the Target special edition with the special edition chapter is a must have for any who enjoy her works.

This book will make you laugh, cry, dream and laugh some more. The author knows how to take you on a ride that includes all the feels. The characters are all so well developed that they feel like your favorite neighbors or coworkers, someone you know pretty well and are invested in them and rooting for the best possible outcome. Humor and tragedy are equally interwoven and grab you early on and never let go. This is one of the books you will likely devour within the first 48 hours that you own it and be left wanting more. Highly, highly recommend!

Abby Jimenez is a genius. Every one of her books is better than the last. This particular book hit number one on the NYT best seller list, and was chosen as GMA’s April 2024 book club book, all well deserved. This is a romance with depth, as all her books are, and you’ll never regret picking up any of them. I do recommend reading her books in publication order though, to get the full effect of all the hidden Easter eggs in this one - but it is still a great choice for a stand alone.

I love all the little character connections throughout her books. Even background/supporting characters play a recurring role in her books. I laughed. I cried. I wished the book didn’t end. I’m not anxiously (read: impatiently) awaiting her next release in 2025.

I have read every book phenom Abby Jimenez has published and after each one I have declared that one my favorite. Of course she’s going to break your heart and envoke emotion but you will adore her characters and storytelling. The romance is real life, at least in my opinion. Please do yourself a favor and read them all.

This is a can’t-miss read. I enjoyed it right off the bat with likable, relatable characters and witty banter. I literally laughed at loud at times, but some parts were fairly traumatic. My heart just breaks for both of them, but especially Justin. For being a fun romance, there are some seriously heavy topics in here but it’s a perfect mix of fun and sweet and serious. And this Target special edition has a bonus chapter than you can’t get anywhere else!
