As seen from the attached image, this item loses its color within 2-3 months which was tragically disappointing. I wanted to reach out to see if there is the possibility for an exchange for a new one. I do like the product but don’t like that its advertised appearance changes pretty quickly. When first purchased, it did look as bright yellow like the website’s picture, but now it’s off white or even pink looking. Unfortunately can't exchange due to the 90 day return policy.
